職位描述:
1.負(fù)責(zé)協(xié)助分公司經(jīng)理完成南京辦公室各項(xiàng)事務(wù)。
Assist the branch manager to finish the Nanjing office activities.
2.內(nèi)貿(mào)石油焦業(yè)務(wù)的跟進(jìn)及處理。
Follow up and handle domestic trade of petroleum coke business.
3.相關(guān)業(yè)務(wù)的記錄與分析。
Related business records and analysis.
4.根據(jù)相關(guān)要求，完成各類報(bào)表制作。
In accordance with the relevant requirements, complete all kinds of statements made.
5.負(fù)責(zé)協(xié)助經(jīng)理協(xié)調(diào)貨物在港口的卸貨、發(fā)運(yùn)。
Assist the manager to coordinate the goods at the port of discharge
6.根據(jù)業(yè)務(wù)需要，跟蹤發(fā)貨、裝船、裝車。在公司有貨到港口時(shí)負(fù)責(zé)帶客戶到港口看貨。
According to business needs, follow up delivery、 shipment loading . accompany with customer to the port.
7.定期查看公司放在港口的貨物
Regularly check the goods which company put it at the port
8.協(xié)助南京辦經(jīng)理進(jìn)行部門改善工作。
